MOT's
Every
year, with the exception of vehicles up to three years old, every vehicle
in the UK has a mandatory test.
Ashton's
Garage is registered by the Vehicle inspectorate to carry out class 4 MOT
tests. This is the statutory testing of motor vehicles such as cars
and light commercials.

As
from May 2005 due to VOSA computerisation, all MOT’s will be
full price (except with a valid voucher). Due to the new
regulations, all re-tests will be charged at full rate,
Unfortunately any MOT cancellations without prior notice will have
to be paid for in full, as we have to pay VOSA for your MOT slot.
Ashton’s Garage
wants to potentially save you money, so we are offering the
service of a pre-MOT check at a cost of £25 +VAT to advise you
what your car would need to pass it’s MOT test. This pre-MOT
test is optional. Please ask for advice if unsure.
